The triplex plunger pump have ceramic plunger inside,and the flow is depend on the speed,when the speed is less,
then the flow will less.But the power will not change,if you want the big pressure,make sure you need to have a
stronge engine. For example, if you want arrive 250bar, base on 15lpm,the motor should 7.5kw and above.If the power
is less than 7.5kw,then the engine will easy to broken,such as a yong ox pulling a heavy cart.
Ningbo brilliant pump have lower noise than other pump,you can compare with them when you get the pumps.
Now we have some question to reply as below:
a.Water quality
If water quality is not good, the crankcase will turn yellow and is severely corroded.
b.No water inlet
If there is no water inlet when you open the pump,then the plunger will broken.
c.Dry running
If you dry running pump for 4-5mins,then the water inlet suddently,then the seal and connect rod will dissolve.
